Our quality mission is to deliver consistent, high-quality products on time that meet or exceed specified customer requirements for our ever-growing base of satisfied customers. To achieve our objectives, the company will continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, which is based upon the requirements of ISO 9001.
Our implemented Quality System is based on AS9100D, allowing us to produce parts for the aerospace industry. This system also enables us to maintain consistency across large volumes of production parts and assemblies, delivering the highest quality and most accurate 3D printed parts.
Quality, accuracy and timing are what you can expect from our service.
We can scan the 3D printed part and compare it to the CAD File and record any deviation wether it be profile, flatness, true position and location.
We ultilize Height gages and calipers for quick checks before shipping
To ensure we are achieving the highest material specifications and are printing the most robust parts, we print 34 tensile bars in random builds in the X & Y direction, checking Tensile strength and Elongation at break
